House Rules

General:

1. Respect all regulations of the residential and clubhouse.
2. This place is not responsible for accidents of any kind caused by negligence or recklessness within these facilities.
3. The refund of your deposit will be made at the time of your withdrawal, provided that there has been no damage to the property and you have respected its rules.
4. The person making the reservation is responsible for any problems or damage to the property.
5. Club entrance fees are at the option of each client, since they are independent of the ranch rental, the entrance to the beach is free, just respect the entrance and exit hours that the club has, since if you want to enter the beach access through the Club.
6. In each rental 5 gallons of drinking water will be provided, if your stay is longer than 3 days drinking water will be provided every 2 days according to use.

Coexistence:

7. Parties or noisy gatherings are not allowed after 10:00 p.m.
8. The entry of white or firearms is not allowed.
9. Smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms and the second-floor living room.
10. Pets are not allowed.
11. The consumption of food and alcoholic beverages is not allowed in the pool.
12. After 10:00 p.m. do not listen to loud music.
13. Do not litter outside the corresponding containers, either inside or outside the ranch.

Use and Care:

14. Turn off air conditioners when not in use, or when outside the property.
15. In the family room, the air conditioning use hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
16. Use the parking lots correctly, the vehicle must be within the marked area.
17. Do not deposit sanitary napkins, tampons, wet wipes, condoms, or objects that could cause blockages in the toilets.
18. The consumption of illicit substances is not allowed in the residential, otherwise the PNC will be called to proceed.
19. The ranch is suitable for children of all ages. Parental supervision is required at all times, especially near the pool.
20. Only authorized persons in the rental agreement are allowed to enter. Send the list of people to enter 24 hours in advance.
21. Please do not sit on the furniture in the main room when it is wet.
22. Please do not move the furniture, only the chairs.
23. Please do not apply makeup on the bedspreads, avoid using the towels provided by the ranch to remove makeup, makeup stains are very difficult to remove and damage the fabric.
24. Please leave all kitchen utensils clean before leaving.
25. As a courtesy, we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, dish soap, shampoo, body soap, salt, coffee envelopes and sugar.

Schedules:

26. Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
27. Check-out: 12:00 p.m.
28. Early check-in and late check-out subject to prior written authorization.

Care and Values:

29. Please enjoy our beach ranch and all that the beautiful Costa del Sol has to offer. We ask you to take care of all the furniture and accessories.
30. Broken, damaged or lost items will be charged.
31. Take care of your valuables (passport, cell phone, jewelry, money, etc.).
32. Upon leaving, carefully check that you have taken all your belongings, as we do not offer a lost and found service.
